Please note there will be reserved seating at the outdoor ceremony for family and the wedding party and general seating behind. As the ceremony is outdoors, please bring an umbrella in the case the weather predicts rain for that day.

Between the ceremony and Cocktail/Coffee hour at 3pm there is a gap of time for guests to enjoy their own lunches in Kelowna. If you’d like to check out some of our favourites consider:

To get to the reception we recommend driving yourself with a DD, carpooling with others, or booking an Uber/Taxi ahead. There will be a shuttle bus between 9:30pm - 12am departing from the Villa Della Valle with limited space running a return route to the El Dorado Hotel. Please note the last shuttle at 12am will be reserved for bridal party only and consider taking an earlier shuttle or carpooling. Guests may leave their car at the reception venue overnight and carpool back in the morning to retrieve their car if they choose.
